I have a question: what do you all do with your nomination threads and your threads about threads when someone new gets elected? Do they disappear? Does the new initiate get to peruse the archives?

Hazing is lame.... ESPECIALLY in a locker room, but you can't chalk this up to hazing. This place is starting to look like nothing more than a board full of men who were hazed as boys. If that's the case then maybe you really do fit the definition of strength, you just haven't figured out what strength really looks like yet.

Hazing is a great method of weeding out the weak.
