    welcome is transitive, meaning those should be object pronouns, direct object pronouns. "I will welcome him or her."

            When Sandy gets to 10 posts, I'll consider a question. But, I'm grading finals right now, and it ain't happenin unless I see a sign of continued participation.

                        Well, I was banned for responding to an old topic with "Tim!" This is my attempt to rid CB of the blasphemous term SGC, which dishonors the greatest running back BYU has ever had. Tim, and the moderators, disagree that he should be the sacrifice to cleanse the board.

                              I'm surprised that particular meaning for that acronym has survived. I could have sworn it stood for 'subject got covered' on usenet well before the Staley days. I don't see any reference to that in a quick search, though. Maybe it was just me hoping for better stuff from CB posters.
