How did you find CUF?
Rumors were spread, notes were passed, eaves were dropped?
What do you like about CUF?
What's not to like? It appears I can post colorfully without getting the cyber stink-eye. Above all you seem like good folks here.
What don't you like about CUF?
No complaints yet.
How did you choose your moniker?
I work with electricity.
What do you do (other than read CUF)?
I'm a design engineer at a fairly large tech company. At home I absolutely love playing with my wife and kids, watch a hell of a lot of TV, occasional geetar jammin', but when I really need some "sparky time" I enjoy touring God's creation on the motorcycle.
How many States have you lived in?
ID, WY, UT, CA
What are your sports loyalties?
BYU Cougars and the Port of Subs Wolves
What's your standing in the church?
I prefer sitting (heh). Honestly over several years now I've been working through some faith issues. I love the organization of the church and the good it has done for my family for many generations. But like many folks out there, I was raised in the bubble and was later exposed to actual church history and reasonable, valid (and righteous) alternative points of view. As a result I tend to be skeptical about much of what comes over the pulpit (having gay family members doesn't help things). I still attend meetings and behave enough to carry a TR, but over time I've changed from a hardliner to the kind of guy you might see at the Fred "ox-in-the" Meyer getting dinner items or a cold diet DP before the meeting block. That said, I'm always and forever a Mormon boy.
Anything else? Good to meet yas!
