My emphasis is fish biology and have specialized in endangered desert fishes. I currently work for the Southern Nevada Water Authority, which is why we moved here. Which probably doesn't answer your question well. Mostly I deal with the management and conservation of species. There's an endangered fish called the razorback sucker that lives in Lake Mead that I work closely with.

As far as camera equipment (Sorry, haven't figured out how to quote multiple people in the same post yet.) I'm a Canon man and have a 20D and a first series 1D. Both need serious upgrading.

Never been to Bishop but had a friend climb the big mountain over there last fall. I almost made it on that trip.

    Assistant Regional Manager?!
    Okay, I'll hit that softball.

Yup, because LOTS of brothers go to the same mission, right?

Actually we aren't related, and have not met in person. If I was a few months younger we would have met at the mission home (me leaving, him coming).
One of the cousins I share a birthday, I share a b-day with two, with went to same mission as I did. We recieved our mission calls the same day and went into the LTM the same day, We never served in the same zone though

Oh yes, before I forget, I want to wish Dwight Schr-ute a very warm welcome.

So you were your brother's grandpa?

Yes, mostly backchannel stuff. I mentioned this site to him and he thought it sounded like a great place.

I love this place because I can be honest about my feelings regarding the church. I can say things that I can't tell my family or ward members, etc.

p.s. I need to send you a PM about Vegas, I am putting together an anniversary trip and would like a few pointers on locations (don't worry, I don't plan to sleep on your couch).

So you met on Ute Fans, or what? How did you hit it off without meeting?

Welcome! Assuming you'd been lurking for a bit before you took the plunge, just a couple questions: 1. Who are your favorite posters? 2. Who would you really put as dwight and the rest of the cast of the office in terms of posters on this board?

Dwight Schr-UTE and kind of I hit it off because we went to the same mission, though we didn't quite overlap. He's a good dude and I'm glad to see him here.
