My question for this game if Asiata doesn't play is, what will Schram do when they get inside the red zone? So far we have seen Asiata left and Asiata right out of the Asiata formation. Throw in a horrible fade route to Terrance Cain and I don't think we have seen anything else when they get inside the red zone. What will Schram do?

Corso gave Herbstreit a "not so fast my friend." He picked the Ducks over Utah.

Apparently it's pouring between Portland and Eugene (is that true, HFN?) and the hour-by-hour forecast says it should stop around 1. Kickoff is 12:30, so the field will be plenty wet for the first half.

Any ideas which team those conditions will favor?

A team with a physical running back, assuming they are healthy. So scratch Utah since Asiata is most likely dinged up. At least Oregon has Blount. Oh wait...

The field turf that most people have now actually handles water really well and most of the time you really can't tell the difference.

Just made our Saturday morning doughnut run, not raining yet but ominous out. However I have seen much worse than this burn off with no rain.

Looks like it's lightening up some as we get closer to Eugene.

A lot of shakers hanging out of the backs of cars. What's up with that?

I agree that redzone play calling has been...lets be generous and call it uncreative. Hopefully it will evolve this week.

                            I don't know what a shaker is.

The rain is letting up, it will probably be a comfortable overcast for the game. However I am glad I am under the cover!

Uncreative is a very good term for it so far.
