Miami is up 7-0. FSU defense looked sub-par. They gave up yards on a WR screen, put zero pressure on the QB, and blew an assignment to give up a long TD pass. Miami controlled the lines.
ESPN is highlighting FSU's defensive impact players . . . as their offense takes the field.
FSU loves their short passes. Their first five passes were to five different receivers, and none of them were to a receiver five yards beyond the line of scrimmage. They count on their speed to pick up yards after the catch. Not terribly effective on the ground. Their long passing game is effective; their first pass was a near completion just short of the end zone; it would have been a thirty yard pass. Then they converted on third and twenty-three.

Miami's line is keeping FSU's QB from settling in, but he is making good throws and scrambling when he needs to. A good throw to an open TE for ten yards evens the score at 7-7.
The teams look evenly matched. Miami is doing better at controlling the line of scrimmage right now, but FSU's QB is good enough to compensate. Both run 4-3 defenses, and both run spread O's. Both of the first drives required 4th down conversions and scored TDs through the air.

FSU goes three and out after forcing a Miami punt when they lose two on a QB keeper, gain eight on a short pass, and get stopped on a rush on third down. Decent punt puts the ball at the 25.
FSU forces a 4th and 15 after pressure on the quarterback forces a five yard scramble on second down and a sack on third. The Miami QB had time and may have had open receivers, especially on the 2nd down scramble.
Guys, if you're not tuned it to this one, turn the TV on. This could be a battle.
