  • ute news out of Dolphins camp.......

Sean Smith is officially listed as the starter at one of the cornerback spots, he has out played veteran Eric Green and rookie first round pick Vontae Davis.

Paul Soliai who was twice suspended last year because his weight ballooned over 355 pounds, is back and for the first time in his life (per Head Coach Tony Sparano) in good shape. Sparano said Soliai is going to be very good even compared him to Albert Haynesworth, he said that Paul is actually treating this like a job and not a hobby.

As a Dolphins fan I am glad they are doing well. Also for DDD, Patrick Turner has been very impressive and has yet to drop a pass in training camp.

That's cool (to me) that he has outplayed Davis. When they picked him after taking Davis, it reminded me of the Redskins taking two WRs and a TE hoping that one would be able to stick and help the offense out. Maybe that's what they were doing with Smith and Davis.
"They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

I am fine with it as well, competition is good. You can watch them play tonight on the NFL network.

NFL Network is great. Every preseason game being shown means I'll get to watch all 4 49ers preseason games, since I won't be able to see too many during the regular season. I love it.

New guy at work is a huge Niners fan, has season ticket and has given me a standing offer that during the season, every game will be on at his house and I am welcome any time. Gonna find my happy place.

Sean just got his first pick, 42 minutes into his first game, from Jacksonville's Todd Bouman (11-year vet), intended for Tiquan Underwood, a rookie out of Rutgers.

            Poor Garth.

I also love that I can set the dvr for any game where I know a BYU guy might see the field. It was fun watching Collie play for the Colts.

He played very well, locked down Torry Holt the whole first quarter.
