But as a Sooner fan now living in Utah I have to tell you no one in the midwest even cares or notices what BYU, Utah or Air Force football does.. Looking at your newspapers it appears that these are the 3 teams you guys cheer for here in Utah.

I really do not see how Utah gets to a BCS games, they beat nothing but creme puffs.

As for BYU, they will never get into a BCS game until they beat power houses like Baylor, K State, Hawaii and of course my Sooners..

This year will be pivotal.. If you guys can stay within 17 points of Tulane you might gain some respect but until then you are looked at as a Div II a team.

Like I said, I dont mean to offend you all but just wanted to give you a reality check..
    Look, H8.

I don't know who you are or where you came from, but in case you're unaware the position of resident Sooner fan has been filled for some time now. Three years, in fact.

I'm going to take you at your word that you're a Sooner, though I can't imagine by what right. But I should point out that a real Sooner would never use the word powerhouse in association with teams like Baylor and Kansas State or even Hawaii. A real Sooner wouldn't knock Utah for defeating a SEC team, which the Sooners haven't done since 2002 when we barely defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks. And a real Sooner fan would never, ever, troll about BCS games when we're coming off of our fifth - that's right - fifth consecutive BCS loss.

I simply will not tolerate this kind of shit from a fellow Sooner. Not on this board. So either shape up and behave with a modicum of class and fairness, or get back to complaining to the Pac-10 officials about the Oregon game, which I imagine is one of your favorite pastimes. But either way, don't expect to come around here and continue to exhibit the kind of crass, undignified behavior that would make even an SEC fan blush.

    Thank you.

          Babs,

Archive this post. There is a Cuffie that this should win.

It would make an English teacher boil, however.

Mrs. Taylor. Best English teacher ever! You seemed more like a Gressman fan, though.

Gressman? uhhh, no. The best Mrs. Taylor story is when Laddy Penovich (6'4" 245) picked her up one day and held her 2 feet off the ground while she was yelling and kicking at him.

Are you making fun of Karl Malone? I remember him being quoted as saying, "What Derrick Coleman has did, what Karl Malone has not did?".
