Oklahoma is a 21 point favorite over BYU. The over/under is 70. Utah is a 22.5 point favorite over Utah State. The over under is 51.5.

Does BYU have any realistic chance of keeping it that close?

If I knew that BYU wouldn't lose anyone to injury this spring, I would take BYU and 21 in a heartbeat.

I'm pretty sure the game is before spring.

College Football News predicts BYU will go 11-1 (losing only to Oklahoma) and TCU 11-1 (losing only to BYU). Utah at 8-4 (losses against Oregon, CSU, BYU, and TCU).

Man, if someone gave me BYU wins at 10.5 and Utah at 8.5 wins, I'd feel pretty comfortable taking the under on BYU and the over on Utah.

I would take BYU +21 and USU +22.5. I see Oklahoma winning 41-24 and Utah winning 31-10.

Hmm. That's enough to get in the BCS, provided Boise St. loses a game.

                  I wouldn't mind. Really, I wouldn't.

That crudely translates to a prediction of 45-24 Oklahoma.

I don't know enough about Oklahoma to know what kind of a fourth quarter team they are when holding a large lead. If Lavell Edwards was coaching the Sooners, we all know he would pad Bradford's Heisman stats and RUTS. Stoops? I don't know.

Off the top of my head, I know they called off the dogs on Chattanooga (50-2 at halftime) and Washington.

Oklahoma -21 is a steal. It's a virtual home field for the Sooners. More important, every time Oklahoma faces a high wire offensive act with soft defense we get a basketball score--a basketball score like Wyoming at North Carolina. I say Sooners by 40 minimum.

I just got back from fishing the Bighorn. The other morning we were nymphying and the guide had us rigged up with two nymphs below a bit of split shot with an indicator just above the tippet. We were pretty successful (9 fish with the average being 17 inches) but never once was I able to hook two at once despite the two flies.

As an aside we threw hoppers in the afternoon and I boated another 9 or so and hooked at least that many more that I wasn't able to boat. It was a good day.
