+4 vs usc
+5.5 vs Washington
at Toledo - no odds provided
at South Florida - no odds
-2.5 vs Boise
-2 at Utah State
Liberty - none
Idaho State - none
at UMass - none

Interesting that BYU is more of a favorite against Boise than against Utah State and a bigger dog against Utah than against any of the other first four games.

I predict BYU opens the season 1-3. I'm not sure which of those teams they'll beat but they'll pick off one of them. They the Cougs win at Toledo and lose at USF to be 2-4. They split the Boise and Utah State games, not sure which one is a win, to stand at 3-5. They also lose some players to injuries because of Aggie cheap shots. BYU coasts against Liberty and Idaho State and UMass for a 6-5 record going into the SDSU game. They win in a hard-fought grind-it-out victory against SDSU and lose some players to injuries due to the physical nature of the game. BYU goes to a bowl game at 7-5.

This sounds about right. Each year I hope for just a little bit more. Maybe we'll have an up year.
