Outside of Eugene, there might be the most Oregon fans for that night in Salt Lake, Provo, and Forth Worth. Every MWC fan I know thinks this is the only game keeping Boise from another dreaded BCS run.

Hey, who's going to the BYU-OU game anyway (other than me an' Babs)? I would be interested in attending some pre or post game events as long as vittles are available for purchase.

Also, Babs should be careful to wear an appropriately pioneer-like smock if I am involved. I have a roving eye that cannot help but be drawn to cleavage unless I am exerting much willpower. And I suspect I won't have much if we lose, and won't have any if we win.

Yes. LSU. Houston football isn't anything to write home about, really, and most everybody is a Texas fan. A really good buddy of mine turned me on to the SEC, so I openly root for LSU now. The Gary Crowton connection (great guy, not so great head coach) helps. I do not yet have purple gear, but that is only because of Ike - I was going to go see a game in Baton Rogue when Ike hit.

I view LSU as my NL fix to my AL fix with BYU, if you want to talk in baseball terms. Like my Astros/Red Sox allegiances.
