"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Oregon's coach is not the brightest bulb.
When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

Now I can root for the huskers to lose most of the rest of their games.

Bad decision by the QB. It's obvious that was not what was called.

It is a frustrating downgrade over the last decade of guys we've had. No idea why Helfrich kept going for 2, awful decisions. Especially the last one, it is like he doesn't even understand basic strategy. The potential FG could've been for the win instead of tie. Great game by Nebraska, Oregon needs to get out of their own way. This could be a long season.

Yeah, I don't think that was the play they wanted.

Kick the extra points, and they still win. I like the gutsy calls, but at some point you need to take the easy points when your plays aren't working.

Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

Congrat PBW and Omaha, your guys played a good game. Ducks had no answer for the running game and Armstrong played well. Your D made the plays when needed.

I was expecting overtime or at least a FG attempt. That last holding call against Oregon was somewhat phantom. Oregon had a great day on the ground: 300+ yards and 5 rushing TDs. During the Husker glory days, those running stats were signature Nebraska. A well played game except for the penalties. Oregon is a fun team to watch.

IMO, the key was Nebraska had the "good" Tommy Armstrong today. Only one really bad decision and he made the key play on the last Husker TD.
