  • Garners from JR Simplots alma mater

Or they going to go to BYU and make some noise. They may actually live in Rupert and go to Declo because that is supposedly a better school then The school by the stinky sugar factory north of the Snake River in Burley.

In the 1950's four High Schools in that county became one. Uncle Ted did not get to go to school named after BYU broadcaster, bad luck for farmers with livestock no one got to go to schoo there, and school we bet in 1949, for State Champinship, northwest of Rupert all had to be one school. I am sure many people in that town go to Declo now as well. We're HBL got degree to teach now they get to share alma mater with JR, so goat can't stop at Burgera Ect and go a few miles to north or south to watch dawgs. Hurt some effected communities.

Dairyman in town by JR decided to quit a milking and go from bovine to being bunny farmer. Didn,t last too long, but our own fam had offer to bring cows over there. Never took it. Told because everyne in county went to school by stinky sugar factory better educated bigger, wouldn't get to play against old friends. Don,t know truth of that myself though. Magically better educated do to school conslidation, hurt towns big time that is true.

Dairy farmer has calf ranch in town south of Nampa named after some lady stars with m, close to caveman one that wanted our fam to go there, worked a lot with BYU recruiting guy for treasure valley who passed away a few years ago, bowers father worked for him when the treasure valley guy when he was tragically killed. So I never got to share al a mater with Lou Dobbs, the guy on coach, or Uncle Td, though several neighbors did.

Garners that like JR Simplots alma mate better than Lou Dobbs alma mater by stinky sugar factory, I wonder if they will make noise at BYU.

Thing about JR he left school after 8th grade but became the Larry Miller of Idaho or Larry Miller became the JR of Utah. So he was successful but some talented girl didn,t get to be sbp because she took too many classed online I guess, but kid that was only gone for seminary got to be sbp so girl going to expensive liberal arts college is suing for emotional distress, after going to expensive liberal arts school.

Got to hear about the clicks, Mormons get better spotlight than nonmormons, and complaints about that school. I had comp whose dad was coach over there for various sports and teacher. Last name hurts. But I heard some people over in JR,s alma mater arrogant. Maybe Garners can make some noise.

    Are you talking about Minico?

Yep, grew up near border of Minico, they made some noise in bball this year. Bk kept them out of Stare Championship barely, when kid goofed up and Calle timeout. But had run. Girls and boys played Burley for third. I watched the distric championship and bathrooms over here not that great for 1500 people. Good game though. I think most of the good Spartans are graduating. A few students made fun of players mother in jail and school originally fined $1500 but rescinded good thing.

They probably have a good share of people in Minidoka County that go to neighboring schools. Don.t know about quality of school there now myself. Rural consolidation was common in 50's. Are county survived it and I don,t see it happening any time soon. Though suggesting it good way to get off school board and run out of town. Ain't going to happen. And conversation with someone that it happened too when he was in High School said town dried up for many years. So it is not just the football mascot you lose, whole towns disappear.
