    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Is "barley loosing in the Rose Bowl" a euphemism for retching from beer overconsumption? Pity the Rose Bowl clean-up crew.

Yeah, well, that game was so forgetful. Obviously.

I remember. The game sucked. I don't enjoy losing to BYU. Each time that BYU beats Utah in football or basketball, it is definitive proof that there is no God and there is evil in this world.

This stuff is just too delicious to not pass on.

More reasons why Chandler opted for BYU against all odds, the laws of physics, and statements by past recruits who would walk on at Utah rather than accept scholarship offers at BYU

                            concerned President's Circle

I heard Riley and Chris Grant discuss Colin Chandler last week. They said he was coming to Utah until the Y came forward with an NIL deal somewhere between $100K and $1 mil (courtesy of Ryan Smith). Said or implied that the U was caught flatfooted and hadn’t geared up for NIL deals yet. FWIW
                            A few of thoughts:
                            1. This is Russian citizen levels of lying to oneself
                            2. Well of course: uofutah = flatfooted
                            3. The very thought of Ryan Smith makes uofutah fans poop their pants and barf out of their mouths in the presences of the people they hold most dear, all at the same time
                            4. Good hell, people, how about just a scintilla of self-awareness

That's great. The guy that posted about recruits choosing to walk on at Utah over getting a scholarship at BYU prefaced it by warning that his statement "will piss off any lurking zoobs." Uh, I don't think so.

That is an amazing thread. Zero evidence for this fairy tale - and is has been thoroughly debunked - but it still has traction. And of course LA Ute doubles down.
