How is it that the Devil is so good at football lately? Seems like the Good Lord had a better handle on things back in 1984 and when Notre Dame was a perennial favorite (although lately ND is looking better).

Seems like he wouldn't let his football brands lag as much as they have been, especially with the Devil's brands surging. Weird.

I know he was being sarcastic. My post would have been better replied to Ted, I guess.

    It's a darn shame!

I hope the buckeyes poop the bed too so that Oregon doesn't even have to try again.

I find the new year 6 bowls more interesting this year. Watching TCU and Baylor's performance was particularly interesting this year and in previous years I would have been less interested. (Other than gambling interest which of course always makes it interesting)

Most bowl games have always been somewhat meaningless. Lavell understood this and used it more as a reward for the players. But then again, nothing is meaningless to fans.
I'm interested in the bigger bowls like the Fiesta, Cotton, Sugar, Rose and the like. I'm a lot less interested in what is going on today, especially after last nights games.
