The Official BYU 2015 Death to Us by Everyone We Meet Watch Thread
"There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."
"It's no secret that the great American pastime is no longer baseball. Now it's sanctimony." -- Guy Periwinkle, The Nix.

Speaking of the new strength and conditioning coach, did anyone else hear the interview with Christian Stewart on the BYU sports show ? I was stunned at his frankness, he said while loved the former S&C coach as a person, he had an outdated system for college football. I'm pretty sure he said the players were still doing Olympic style lifting for the team workouts. CS also mentioned a few players were going to an independent guy on their own. I guess during the offseason ?
Then he said he felt like Bronco worked them into the ground and he hoped the new S&C coach could help get Bronco up to speed on modern conditioning. CS seemed really mature and level headed and was able to answer honestly but not sound like he was griping. I'd love to know if anyone else heard the interview.

This is good to know. Maybe our secondary doesn't suck, maybe they are just out of shape.
one can only imagine how fast Bryce mahuika would have been with proper strength and conditioning training.
I didn't see that interview, but I know a lot of dudes go work out at Pendleton's place. I'm skeptical that work outs have too much to do with the team's overall success since I've seen vines of KVN working out with Ross Apo and Cody Hoffman.
"I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"
I just went and listened to the interview again on the BYU SportsNation web page. CS was pretty clear that he felt the injuries came about because they were worked too hard. My wife who was in the room with me while it was playing said " that guy has a lot of nerve, is he still on the team ? "
Also, next year the offense is going to have to outscore the opposing team because the defense is going to be young. The offense will go as Taysom goes and he needs to learn to stay in the pocket.
