It appears UConn has a decent young coaching staff. The game will be on their turf, and they possess some good athletes at skill positions. However, there is a significant distance to travel to upgrade UConn's overall talent gap and ability to play the game.

First game of the season, on the road with several key suspensions and injuries, a huge question mark in the kicking game are some of my reasons. I expect a hard fought game. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see BYU upset. I also wouldn't be surprised to see a BYU blowout.
