I hope this passes. The NCAA has shown it is more than willing to throw the book at schools like Boise State.

Can BYU hire Auburn's lawyers that took care of the Cam Newton thing? How about the Miami crew that got the Canes away relatively unpunished? Or does that only work if you are already a big time program?
