A couple of thoughts come to mind about this game. Baylor is getting so many penalties called on them. Especially PI. Does the Big 12 allow Baylor to get away with stuff like that? So blatant.

Also, UCF will be in the Big-12 before BYU. With UCF's recruiting base and media market, why would they take BYU?
