I guess this game has some implications for BYU. IF USU can come back, BYU likely faces USC in the Fight Hunger Bowl as a USC - USU LV Bowl would be a rematch.Comment

FSU has played 4 ranked teams this season. The scores of those games? 63-0, 51-14, 41-14, 45-7. They haven't allowed more than 17 points since September and they haven't scored less than 37 all season. FSU's closest game was a two TD win on the road. The next closest game was a 41-14 win.
Auburn lost to LSU by two touchdowns, giving up 35. They struggled to beat Wazzu at home 31-24, gave up 38 on Nov 16 to Georgia, 41 on Oct 19 to A&M, and 42 to Missouri tonight.
I think it would be silly to count out Auburn, they almost seem like a team of destiny with a couple of the miracle wins they've had, but based solely on the regular season results - this FSU team has been nearly flawless on both sides of the football being one of the most complete and explosive college football teams of the last 20 years - I can't see Auburn being favored. I'd say FSU will and should be favored by at least 4-5.I'm like LeBron James.

It took miracles for Auburn to beat Georgia and Bama. They should have lost to Wazzu and they were dominated by LSU. Not to mention the terrible defense.
But Gus Malzahn is a witch and with 45 days to prepare his team will be ready.
But they won't be favored.
