yeah, I agree. It's a tough call between 95 Nebraska or 04 Southern Cal.

      Miami 2001

      USC 2004 in 2nd.

Ken Dorsey QB'd the Hurricanes through those years as well. Amazing that a CFB team could be so dominant with an above average QB at the helm.

Honestly, what has happened to these guys? Has all the elite Florida talent drifted north to Gainesville?

I went with the 2001 Miami team as #1 but it was close between that team, the 2004 USC team and the 1995 Nebraska team. I can't think of a college team that has produced more NFL talent than the 2001 Miami team. There are probably 10+ Pro-Bowlers from that squad. That is unheard of.

The '92 Bama team produced one of my favorite college football plays ever

I'm not sure if the rundown of a future NFL receiver (and one time all-time leading receiver for the Hurricanes) or the fact that he didn't just strip the ball, but he actually took it from Thomas was more impressive.
            I'm like LeBron James.

Roll damn TIde. I am a homer I voted for the TIde of 1992.

Seriously, how can anyone remember all of the players and compare. It is still a fun exercise.

If a god has the omniscient ability to know ahead of time who will succeed and who will fail, then doesn't it make sense that he can "see" the outcome of these matchups? That's the first thing I'm doing when I'm kicking it in the CK: bug him about a tournament.
