I agree that Oregon could lose to Stanford or Oregon St. Both are good teams and Oregon has been hit with injuries. I still think the Ducks are undefeated, but wouldn't be surprised if they slip up.

I still think that Notre Dame is overrated and are going to lose to USC.

My dream scenario, is that the Ducks finish undefeated, Kansas St and Notre Dame lose, and the Ducks play Bama in the title game. I want the Ducks to beat Bama and Saban.
Baylor is a weird team. They are 1-5 in conference, but they've been hanging around in most of their games. TCU and IowaSt blew them out, but the rest of their games have been close. I think it's unlikely as well, but Texas can always get hot and beat anyone.

I thought Notre Dame would lose to Oklahoma. In fact, I predicted a blowout in Oklahoma's favor. I see a similar game with USC. They could very well lose it, but that'll be a fun one to watch.

I think oregon will likely win out, but yes, they are injured and Stanford and OSU are pretty physical teams.

I thought that too until the Oklahoma game. ND has looked like a kludgy, awkward team all year. But if they were really that kind of team, they would have been blown out of the water by the Okies.
I think, perhaps, the only person who hates BYU fans more than ute fans hate BYU fans, is Bronco Mendenhall.

USC lurks as the proverbial giant killer this season. I could see them sending the SEC a Christmas gift by beating both Notre Dame and Oregon.

They better worry about baby blue this weekend, or they only have the chance to end the Notre Dame dream.

Not worried about the bRuins. I still think Oregon is a better team than USC, but beating Stanford, Oregon State, and USC in a row would be quite a tall order.

It can't be tough to do, I've heard over and over how bad the Pac 12 is.

I kind of think USC will lose to UCLA.

It's just been that kind of year for htem.

I think the SEC's stranglehold on college football is slowly coming to an end. The built in advantages the BCS gave the SEC will be gone. They will no longer have over a month to prepare for the bowl opponent. They will have to prepare for the teams in the playoff. Probably the best thing about Bama's loss the other day was putting an end to all this "the spread offense is nothing more than a gimmick that SEC defenses can crush" talk. There are some glaring weaknesses that A&M was able to exploit. If Bama would have had time to prepare for the hurry up, he could have stopped it. But he didn't.

They are not that good this year. I think Georgia is probably the best team in the other side of that league, but even some teams like Florida and LSU have had some hard games against sub-par competition. These are teams we'd be berating BYU for having a hard time beating, and many of them are Sun Belt quality competition.

The quarterback play in the SEC is below average much of the time. Yes, I know many starting QBs in the NFL played there, but the current group over the last few years is overall poor.

They still are going to end up with 8 or 9 bowl eligible teams though, but that's usually because their OOC schedule is a bunch of pansies. These days going to a bowl game doesn't seem to mean too much.

After watching th Alabama Texas Tech game, I would have preferred Oregon against Alabama. Those big Alabama boys were gassed, and all of them expected "the other guy" to make the play.

To my chagrin, Oregon wins the NC, and Chip goes to Dallas, San Diego, or anywhere warmer.

Chip's going to go run his spread offense at Carolina with Scam Newton.

                              I don't know why he wouldn't stay.

They'll pay him like a top 10 coach. He can run his screwy offense to his hearts delight in Oregon. He has amazing support from Nike.

There's no reason for him to leave. His system will never work in the NFL. We saw what that system looks like in Denver last year. It would be limited with the speed increase in the NFL.

USC will beat UCLA and play Oregon in the Pac championship game.

They will also either beat Oregon or ND at least. Mark it down.
