OMG, I am so freaking excited. I am heading home for the OU-ND game and it turns out College Gameday is going to be there, too!

(Please excuse my excessive exuberance. After sleepwalking through all of last season in a 2L-induced stupor, I am spending this year bingeing on college football, family life, and all things social.)

Is that official? I was hoping GameDay would pick Georgia Tech/BYU.

For those who haven't seen the Oregon v. Colorado line. Any guesses on how much the Ducks are favored by?

          * Hint: It started high, and has been bet even higher.

            I would guess 45.

Oregon fan: Please make sure the Sooners win this weekend so that Oregon can play for the national title.

Oklahoma already lost to the team that is the biggest threat to Oregon.

The winner....and I guess the loser, since you were the only one to participate in my silly little game.

The line started at 45 and is currently at 46.5

If Oregon wins out, they will be in the championship game. Their SOS will increase significantly by the end of the season, after playing Stanford, OSU, and USC (likely twice). In addition, even the most golden domer I spoke with on Saturday doesn't think ND has a chance in Norman or against USC.

Kansas State is no threat to Oregon's run at the title. Oregon needs to worry about USC, Oregon State, and the winner of the Pac 12 south.

I can see by the dearth of Stadium posts today that the season is taking it's toll.

Especially since Kansas State ran away from games this year and next against Oregon. Most Duck fans in the Eug aren't talking about anything except Colorado, one of 12 rivals on this year's schedule.

FIFY. Stanford is on the Duck's schedule although they play them in Autzen. USC will almost certainly win the PAC-12 South so the Ducks will have to worry about the Trojans twice.

Poor Marcus Lattimore. His knee just did things a knee should never, ever do.
