If true, good for Riley.Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Domanpublicly throws Riley under the bussez:Please don't fire me this offseasonThe offense is unacceptable!
"Isn’t that awesome?" joked offensive coordinator Brandon Doman. "Sixty-one yards passing, and I feel like I am 61 years old. Obviously, 61 [yards] is not good enough. It is not going to win us ball games, and it is not acceptable."
Doman said the keys to jump-starting the offense are not a secret: reduce turnovers, get better play from the quarterback, finish drives and get the offensive line to stop making costly penalties that stall or hamper drives.
"I think everyone knows we can’t keep turning the ball over," he said. "When you start adding up the mistakes, I am not sure we qualified to win those two games ... It is encouraging that we are going to fight and finish, but we have to stop making the mistakes that we’ve been making, particularly in the pass game. They are causing us some turnovers that are costly right now."Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Riley against Tulsa/TCU/Utah/Boise.
43% completions
12 turnovers
I don't know what Doman thinks he's going to get. Things will get better when the WAC teams start rolling in.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

The white out was MUCH more successful than I thought it would be. I'm going to wait and see what happens.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostThis should go well."It's devastating, because we lost to a team that's not even in the Pac-12. To lose to Utah State is horrible." - John White IV

I once watched a Patriots game where Brady came out and threw the ball 25 times in a row to begin the game. Doman should start Hill against Hawaii and do something similar and/or let him throw it 60 times. We need to see if he is a competent passer sooner rather than later, and a POS team like UH is the perfect opportunity to start to find out.I'm like LeBron James.

I was pleasantly surprised. Next we need to get BYU fans to invest in Blue/white BYU coats when the snow starts falling.Originally posted by kccougar View PostThe white out was MUCH more successful than I thought it would be. My greatest fear is that BYU will come out and just run the ball all over Hawaii. I know they can. I believe that theoretically that is what they should do. I also think that while it will help the OL and RB's gain some confidence, I am much more concerned about the QB and passing game right now.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostI once watched a Patriots game where Brady came out and threw the ball 25 times in a row to begin the game. But as things stand, I'm afraid that being able to run all over Hawaii would just mask the true issues with this offense - the passing game.
Now, in theory I don't care if the team is run oriented or pass oriented. Whatever. But reality sure makes it seem like they are going to need to have a multidimensional offense to beat the better teams remaining on the schedule. And if it takes running the ball to win - then I'll take the win. But I'd really like them to work on the passing game some and maybe still win - just not by as much...

white out was great. If anything, it proved without a doubt that white is better than blue for these sorts of things. This Friday has potential. I like that the AD is trying to get things going. It is a simple thing that makes a big difference towards the overall atmosphere.Originally posted by kccougar View PostThe white out was MUCH more successful than I thought it would be. Regardless of how tonight ends up, I think we need to make a move towards making white the delightsome color for games.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Agreed. Except that I don't own a white winter coat (who does?).Originally posted by TripletDaddy View Postwhite out was great. If it's going to be Hill I'd rather run all over them and control the game and win. A loss to Hawai'i at this point would be devastating and we can't afford to have our freshman toss 4 picks in the game.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
