I don't buy that anymore. Freshman all over the country play, even at QB.

I'm no more interested in Lark than I am seeing Riley play out the string. So if you are just going to play Hill that holds interest, if it is some dumb rotation just let Riley have his year.

Exactly, why come down on the players. Riley is the best we have. Why jump him. Is it his fault he is the best we have? Same with the kickers, the OL, etc. The players don't deserve the slander they get sometimes.

Coaches make some big dough and should be responsible. The BOT is responsible for having the coach feel FB isn't his most imortant calling at BYU. That is if you are concerned about being a big time program.

They don't and that is OK, but quit feeding us the bull crap about you do want to be.

I agree with this. Look, our talent at QB, OL, and PK is questionable. But they deserve better than what they're getting out of their coaches. The dumbass mistakes and boneheaded penalties are a reflection of coaching and preparation.

Lark shouldn't even be an option. He's a senior. He's not going to be here next year when we face arguably our most difficult schedule ever. Let Hill get the reps he needs so our offense doesn't look like it did last night next year. Sorry Riley but your luck has run out. You can play special teams if you want to contribute.

Edit: I didn't realize this was for the Boise game. I'd probably let Riley start only because of the short turnaround. But I want Hill getting first team reps in practice this week and be ready for Hawaii the following week with a long week to prepare. He should be the starter from them on.

I agree with this 100%. But Bronco is completely, 100% committed to Riley. He said as much in the post game interview. He still just keeps gushing about the guy. Riley will start every game this season that he is healthy to play in. He isn't going to get yanked. This is a silly poll.
