Well, I am admittedly guessing but it's what I would do. Here is what I mean. Utah ended last year ranked 39 by Sagarin but since Utah's 5 year average is better than 39 , Sagarin adjusts the ranking down (but it's less important). This is probably where the 30 basically comes from. The one game would have a small effect unless, for example, Utah would have lost and then it would have led to a fairly large reduction in the rating.

So... this new PAC 12 channel.. where is it in HD? I see it today in my guide (Dish) on channel 413, but no HD option.

It's HD on Comcast, but for whatever reason Dish only carries the SD feed.

Dish is adding HD by next week, they said they didn't have enough time to had HD channels yet, but they aren't carrying regional channels, just on overflow channels of actual games, but the regional channels will be available to watch online apparently.

If I'm coaching an overmatched team like Fresno, I don't think I would ever punt to Oregon. You go on fourth and try to keep their offense off the field, giving yourself extra opportunities to put up points and if you don't get it they will probably score. Or you can punt to them and they will probably score. The amount of green they have to cover pretty much doesn't matter.
