Pretty awesome to see him come out of nowhere and it looks like he is going to win it.
I think it shows the importance playing on national TV and having some highlights. Baylor opening the season with an upset victory over TCU along with some RGIII highlights really helped his Heisman cause. Within the Big 12, RGIII was no secret even as a Freshman. Big 12 teams knew RGIII was good enough to lead Baylor to victory and they feared losing to Baylor...because it was Baylor.

That's why RGIII gets my vote over Montee Ball. That Wisconsin team also has Russell Wilson who should also be getting some Heisman love (his QB rating is very similar to RGIII).

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out the last guy who rocketed up to the top this late in the season and won the award. Charles Woodson maybe? Even then, Woodson was a solid No. 2 at midseason. I'm not sure RG3 was that high in October.

I would love to see RGIII get it. I think that last drive against OU was the coolest thing I have seen this year in CFB.

Poor RGIII. Wins the Heisman and it isn't even the second story on Sports Center. One more reason to hate the Brewers and Big East basketball.

Or one more reason to hate ESPN.
