If I remember correctly, at least some BYU fans knew where Jamie Hill lived, or at least where he parked his car.

From what I have seen with eggings and sports it is almost always players who do it. With how much many players openly despised Jaime Hill it is no surprise.Originally posted by DU Ute View PostIf I remember correctly, at least some BYU fans knew where Jamie Hill lived, or at least where he parked his car.

Are you being TIC or are you deliberately showing off your ignorance again?Originally posted by SeattleUte View PostYeah, it was probably more like taking Utah State or UTEP and turning it into Penn State today (or last week). For the majority of Paterno's career Penn State was an independent, couldn't buy its way into a major conference.

I remember knowing where Joe Gibbs lived when I was growing up here in the DC area, but while I was in school I had no clue where any of the coaches lived."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Public record tells me Bronco lives in a very modest house in American Fork. I also know where No-cho lived when he was at BYU (right near the Riverwoods in Provo) as I dated a girl that lived across the street from him.
*edit it seems Bronco has purchased lots in Highland as well as another lot in Alpine recently. He does still own his home in American Fork.Last edited by cougjunkie; 11-10-2011, 08:47 AM.*Banned*

Whit's house is on a street that is perpendicular to the street where a friend lives. We were on our way to play a round of golf when I pointed to a man who was watering some flowers in his yard and said "He looks like Kyle Whittingham." My friend said "Probably because that is Kyle Whittingham." I said "Cool." My friend said "Yep.""Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

I don't know about any coaches in Utah, but I can tell you where Gary Kubiak lives."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Kyle Whittingham moved a couple years ago. I know where his previous house is because it was pointed out to me by a friend whose parents live in the same neighborhood and are good friends with the Whittinghams."It's devastating, because we lost to a team that's not even in the Pac-12. Perhaps Solon can explain whether it really is a small town vibe. But Vest lived in a burb of Columbus. That isn't a tiny one horse town. It is a decent sized metro area. People still found that guy out.
Tressel lives/lived (I have no idea, Hmm. Maybe I should do a quick driveby and see
) in a location that is close to the school but is not in walking distance.. It is on a major famous street that most people know about.. And tOSU etc is a place where crazy fans stalk coaches.. BYU is not that type of fan. They are more of a complainer type fan..

What kind of meter reading did you do?Originally posted by Clark Addison View PostGenerally no, but one summer I learned where LaVell and several other Utah County Illuminatis lived due to a job as a meter reader (great job).
I was a meter reader in SLC for Questar. It was a fantastic job for a college kid. It was also fun to see where different people lived. It was always fun to see the General Authorities homes in Federal Heights or Harvard/Yale with those darned Toyota Avalons parked in the driveway!

Gas. Predecessor of Questar. Mountain Fuel, I think? Great, great job for a student. Every day we got a route, which we could do anytime between 6:30 AM and 6:00 or so PM, so very flexible. The routes generally took about 3 hours, but we were paid for 4 no matter how long it took. The job itself was generally fun. You got to walk around outside, but nothing too laborious. Plus, I got real good at using a monocular. As you said, I was frequently running across the houses of LaVell or Stephen Covey or other Utah County elites like that.Originally posted by Portland Ute View PostWhat kind of meter reading did you do?
