I have no clue, but I assume they'll get guys that are actually good announcers for their network. I don't think getting crappy regional guys will make a big impression on their network, I assume they could raid ESPN, and get guys who call other sports on FOX, CBS, and NBC to do stuff. The Big Ten Network seems to have good announcers from other networks like Thom Brennaman, Matt Vasgersian, Matt Devlin, etc. -
