Intravenous John has put together the most quiet 1000 yard rushing seasons in a long time. He has looked great in what little I have seen tonight. And he still has 4 more games to go.

He is not a back that will typically turn a 2 yard loss into a 3 yard gain, but he can turn plenty of 2 yard gains into 5-7 yard gains. The games he has struggled to gain yards has been when he is chronically being hit in the backfield(esp Washington and Cal)

Just leaving the game. Few thoughts.

- lots of Utah fans there.
- Arizona fans are nice but fickle. The place started emptying out after Utah scored early in the 3rd quarter.
- ute fans stuck around and made a lot of noise.
- Arizona coeds are better looking than USC or cal coeds.
- frog and firken pizza is tasty.
- norm chow had a great game plan and there was no sense that Utah was trying to protect and sit on their lead in the second half.
- John White is growing on me. He never gives up.
- Thretton Palamo plays gritty on special teams. If he moves over to the defensive side of the ball, that could be good for our line backer unit.

Great game! Zona Zoo is not as tough as the MUSS.
