        You are correct, Utah State puts the ball on the turf a lot. Chuckie has yet to throw a pick but they were right up near the top in fumbles. Utah State actually won the turnover battle, ran the ball effectively, and played solid defense yet they still lost. BYU wins 8 or 9 out of 10, you are correct in your homered assumption.

                        Interesting stat BYU is 49th nationally in total defense. One spot ahead of the Utes who are 50th.

                        Utah is 25th in scoring defense while BYU is 63rd. (a bit skewed due to offensive turnovers)

                        BYU is 36th in Pass Efficiency Defense, Utah is 50th.

                        Even after the Washington game Utah is still 13th in turnover margin, following up on Nappers point even after winning the TO battle vs BYU, Utah State is 99th. (BYU is 95th).


                        That anemic BYU offense is actually 63rd in passing 5 spots ahead of the Utes who are 68th.

                        Rushing OFfense Utah is 79th, BYU is 109th.

                        Total Offense: BYU 103, Utah 83, USU 23.
