Gary has one win in two years. You can't really blame him for feeling confident about beating a team that is only one year removed from a brutal loss at the hands of a team that finished 7th in the WAC.

You also can't blame him for snickering at BYU's claims that they are competing for a MNC. The only people who think that BYU has a shot at the MNC game are BYU. I guess there is a remote chance that BYU could get in if they are undefeated, no one from the MWC is undefeated, and every single BCS school has at least 2 losses.
