The next time I hear a quote or someone talk about the difference, I will post it. It will come from a fan or someone connected with BYU. It will have something to do with BYU not being about the money, but exposure for the church and doing things the right way.

Compared to other major football programs, do you really think that BYU ticket prices are that outrageous?

I honestly don't know. Perhaps some Ute fan on here can help me out. I don't want to use my seats, because mine are do to seniority, so let's go with these.

Let's say 40 yard line. Half way up upper deck. You have to pay in your annual CC membership dues which are $1,000 and then your tickets are $83.50 a seat. On our schedule we have, Utah, UCF, USU, you all know the rest of them.

Ok Utes you have Montana St. Washington, ASU, Oregon St., UCLA and Colorado. For those same type of seats, what do you pay for a ticket?

If we were truly a program like Oklahoma, Alabama, Michigan, Penn St. et. al., and had their home schedules, I honestly wouldn't mind paying $125 a seat for my tickets.

My seats are 50 yard line, 62nd row. Seat costs are $260 for the seat and $450 Crimson Club dues. Total $710 per seat. If I was able to move down 15-20 rows, it would cost $775 for the seat.

EDIT: I expect that these seats will cost $150-200 more in the next 2 years.

BYU should charge whatever they can. I have said that all along.

However, let's do away with the, "that's what big time programs charge". We ain't big time, yet.

My TCU buddies are paying $275 per seat for season tickets (around the 45 yard line, about 30 rows up). I don't know what they pay in frog dues. Of course, ticket prices have gone up a bit given the new stadium face lift (actually its a new stadium), being a top 5 program, and soon being in a BCS conference. They are always good to me when BYU comes to town and take me so they have someone to give a hard time.

You have to pay $450 Crimson Club dues per seat? That is a weird policy. Generally you pay your dues and then have the option to buy X amount of seats at a premium price. If I understand you correctly, your annual Crimson Club dues will be different if you buy 2 seats vs 3 seats?

• 2011 Crimson Club Scholarship Seating: $900 (welcome to the new league, I guess)

All of it is due by May 15. I guess they wanted to give us a month to recover from April 15. The games I can't make I am selling on KSL.com. No give-aways anymore.
