And yes, he has filed a permit for another parade but not for Salt lake City (been there, done that...HUGE success) as the next parade will be in Santaquin. The Utes are tired of leaving Utah County to the Cougars. The parade should be great, and in a huge coup, the Ute athletic department has convinced Roger Reid to be the Parade Master of Ceremonies. If this doesn't begin to convert Y fans to UteTruthdom, well, there are many more things they can do.
