    College football teams that get the most bang for their buck.

    *this may have already been posted but I did not see it in a brief search

    BYU and Utah both near the top of the list. I was really surprised by TCU.

    The small athletic department budget makes Boise's accomplishments in football even more impressive. Chris Peterson is going to be deified in Boise after his death. I think it's great that he stays.
