I think they are thinking things over for as long as they need to to maximize the excitement of Ty's return to Provo. My guess is all this shit was coordinated by Jake Heaps' press secretary back in July 2009. It's all part of the master plan. If Doman doesn't want the gig, we could always upgrade to Darrell Bevell. I am not sure if he will be retained with the Vikings with Frasier taking over but the dude is a football junkie. I talked to Norm over the weekend and he said he's tired of the grind. UT might be too much to pass up, but he definitely looked and sounded like he was done with coaching.

The grind sucks when you don't have a QB or reliable receivers.

My guess is that UT would throw SC money at him but he would have to leave his Manahato Beach digs.

The biggest beneficiary in all of this is his son Carter, who pockets cash for basically doing who knows what as NoCho's agent.
