It's not up, but I'm guessing LVSC's opener is Boise -14.5.

Ute fans, any word on ticket packages? I'm curious about pricing. This is a nice matchup but the payout doesn't merit top shelf ticket prices. I've generally found Vegas bowl tix to be overpriced out of the gate and, without exception, underpriced at the venue. There are always tix to be had for a nice discount.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

May even move to closer to -21.00 due to Utah starting its backup.Originally posted by Top Ute View PostIt's not up, but I'm guessing LVSC's opener is Boise -14.5."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

The game's still 2 1/2 weeks away, but I'm talking myself into believing that if Utah can't win, they'll at least keep the MOV to single digits.Last edited by BoylenOver; 12-06-2010, 04:54 AM."I don't know the origin of said bitch booming."-Art Vandelay

I get a kick out of how silly the TCU loss knocked you guys. 4 weeks ago you were (in the eyes of most of even the level headed Ute fans I know) a legit National Title contender who could beat anybody to a team that is worried about covering a double-digit spread against Boise? I mean, you guys are THE PAC now, you should be able to handle a WAC school, no?

We'll show much better vs. Boise than we did TCU, and it won't be close. That said, "much better" could be three TDs better, and we still lose by 20.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostYou people need to grow a pair.

I'm strangely defeatist on this game, but Utah's record in the previous three games where I felt we had zero chance is 2-1 (2007 UCLA, 2009 TCU, 2010 SDSU). So who knows? I'm just going to watch and see how it unfolds.

You need to become a better student of our/my posts. Pretty much all the Ute fans who post here said that because of the soft early schedule we really didn't know how good this year's Utes were and that the TCU game would tell us if they were all that. It did tell us they were not all that, pretty much, but I also think most of us are unwilling to concede that the Utes are that much worse than TCU, or as bad as they played that day. We need to hold on to some semblance of dignity, after all. Still, we like the 10-2 record.Originally posted by Sizzle View PostI get a kick out of how silly the TCU loss knocked you guys. 4 weeks ago you were (in the eyes of most of even the level headed Ute fans I know) a legit National Title contender who could beat anybody to a team that is worried about covering a double-digit spread against Boise? I will concede that a lot of the UF.net guys thought the 2010 Utes seemed pretty convinced the Utes would at least be in the Rose Bowl.Last edited by LA Ute; 12-06-2010, 04:24 PM.“There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again.”

Not at all. I stole SU's Ute homer hat for this game and will ignore all reason.Originally posted by FN Phat View PostI bet it was hard for you to type that without laughing...or at least a few chuckles."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

Boise opens at -15. The only team favored by more is Oklahoma (-17).

That Nebraska line will move, especially if pundits can bring themselves to stop felating that soon-to-be-out-of-work athlete the Huskies have at quarterback.Originally posted by BoylenOver View PostBoise opens at -15. The only team favored by more is Oklahoma (-17).

As for the Utah line...eh. I will wait and see if the BSU coaches and players seem eager to play that week.
