    I can't imagine much of a difference between that schedule and hell. PBW, you really should call up Dr. Osborne and talk the Children of the Corn out of going to the Big Ten. Then the Big 12 could simply add BYU to the North. I could see NU and BYU being great rivals.

        I totally agree and fault Notre Dame. If the Irish had joined the Big Ten, Nebraska would still be in the Big 12 North....with BYU. And there would be a lot of potential for a BYU-Nebraska rivalry.

        Having said that, Nebraska really needs the academic profile and opportunities that only the Big Ten can offer. I'm hoping the Big 12 comes to its senses and invites BYU. BYU needs the Big 12 for athletics, Nebraska needs the Big Ten for academics.
