    I agree with these sentiments. The DesNews is reporting that the MWC has not confirmed the SD Union-Tribune report.

            My guess, either WAC or the road team offiicials. If I was byu, I would strike a deal with a bcs league for officials. Just for perception purposes.

                I agree. Get the Big 12 or Pac 10 crews. So long as it isn't the same crew that did Oklahoma and Oregon.

                    Aren't WAC/MWC/B12 officials all from a pool that work in all conferences?

                            Cowlishaw says significant deal for BYU guy to be in the booth. Need to keep replay booth as impartial as possible.

                            Blackistone says huge deal.

                            Adande says don't get carried away. BYU guy was only technician, didn't make any rulings.

                            They all got points. Woody was already eliminated so possibility of fireworks was greatly dimished.

                            That's it.

                                Saying it was obviously a fumble and BYU people shouldn't be in the booth.

                                    Haven't been following this closely, but this article seems to nail it.
