    Rocky Mountain Rumble

Every year at the start of the season Idaho hosts a multi state High School showcase of several teams, usually at the ICCU dome in Pocatello. Has been in Idaho Falls and Rexburg in the past. Teams from Utah, Wyoming and California have been there. Canada is bringing some teams this year. Not a whole lot of eight man teams have played there in the past. But will this year.

Last year the Rocky neighbors of the town that in order to atone for giving us a prominent anti church era activist gave us the Osmond Matriarch and a Beehive hoops coaching great. The town of Rocks played the descendants of Chief Pocatello in that rumble. When Chief Pocatello’s posterity fielded there football team usually struggled. Did field team last year.

We sacrifice a home game to go over there this year to play Rocky neighbors of era activist, Osmond Matriarch and Beehive hoops coaching great. All games in ICCU dome for rumble.

Our team is going down in numbers. Jr .high low too. Several neighbors wanted to co op with neighboring school. Didn’t happen so sent there kids there. Bishops son one if them and he received opposition vote at Ward. Conference for that reason. 1st time I’ve seen a negative vote cast in church. I would think that is the reason.

Bishop apologized for offending people in talk too. Was best interest for family he thought. Person that gave negative vote was school board member on idhsaa committee. He voted against Matt Paradis Alma maters girls team petitioning down, won state previous year. But lots of traveling.

Had freshman kid against town that some people bolted too tackle player and get head knocked in by teammate. Had it down probably shouldn’t have and broke neck. EMTs put him on chair when they should have put him on floor board. He went from Boise to Primary children’s. Is walking now. May play basketball, don’t know if he will be on the football field again. May play football.

We did get kid from neighboring town every one else defected too as a Freshman. He is playing at a juco in Nd, dated daughter of idhsaa board member. Joined church. Has testimony, she is a couple years older, they just got married so he didn’t go on mission. Still goes to church. Girl was on mission but didn’t finish, her sister just got called to same mission.

    Rumble should be interesting.

I think Dawgs win the rumble. We are young but I think some of our FR can already play at this level fairly well. Time will tell.

Did not know Olive Osmond is a descendent of those clogging LDS Welsh women from Oneida County. My Bulldogs have won three state championships that without the influx of some Oneida County Welsh lads we would not have likely won. We get one more and I will get a Dragon tattoo! You talk about God in the details. Many years ago Brother Brigham is fuming about the dissidents gathering in Malad and the problems they are causing him/the Church and in walks Dan Jones to tell him two Welsh Handcart companies have arrived. My guess is Section 89 is far from institutionalized in the Malad Stake but loyalty has never been a Dragon problem!

I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.
