I don't like it. At all.

Add to the fact that we have no depth really at any position. 6 wins or less this year.

I followed the Broncos from the time I was a wee lad until Elway retired. I pretty much lost interest in the NFL after his retirement and only in the last few years have I started to watch it a bit. I still root for the Broncos, but I have found that I enjoy seeing the Dolphins play. I also like watching former Utes, no matter the team for which they play, save the Cowboys. I will root for the Yankees before I ever want the Cowboys to win.

That I actually like Miami somewhat because of Parcells and the Utes connection there should tell you how disenchanted I am with Buffalo. The Buffalo-Miami rivalry in the 1970s-1990s was significant enough that when the NFL went to its new divisional alignment in the early 2000s, Buffalo was kept in the East (instead of the North) to preserve it.

Anyway, the Fish are easily the one team I can stomach in the AFC East. I have no reason to like either the Jets or Pats.

I've been to meaningful Buffalo-Miami games at Rich/RW Stadium. Makes what Max Hall said about RES sound like Sunday School.

I tend to follow the team with the highest profile BYU players. Back in the Steve Young days I followed the Niners. In the Chad Lewis/Reno Mahe days I followed Philly. Now I'm following the Colts because of Collie and keeping an eye on the Cardinals because of max Hall.

I lived in San Diego for 3 years when I was young. Because of that, and also because I hate how the TV people just automatically feed the Broncos to the SLC TV market, I hate the Broncos. Other than that, I'm fond of the NFL in general but not really a hater/fan for any specific team.

Niners fan since I was 8 or so. Loved Jerry Rice and Ronnie Lott.

Lost interest when they hired Dennis Erickson (blah) but have followed a lot more closely since Mike Nolan and especially now that Sing is the guy.

Which Cardinals did you used to hang with?

                The Broncos

I was 9 when Elway was a rookie so it was an easy decision to make. I have always been a huge Elway fan. I have been a fan ever since.

Plus growing up in Utah, Denver is the closest NFL market so their games are almost always televised here.

A few of them a lot. Renaldo Hill was a very good friends with one of my best friends. Hill was also buddies with Plaxico. Both were at Michigan State together. I hate Plaxico, but Renaldo is as good of a guy as there is. He would have me sit with his mom when she would come out for Card games. Great guy with a great mom. Most of the Cards I knew and hung out with were through Renaldo. I just about had to have body reconstructive surgery after David Boston roid rage while playing Madden. He punched me harder than I've ever been punched in the arm. I honestly hoped my right arm would just fall off. It was mostly WR's and DB's, but we had a few of the fat guys would hang out from time to time. Leonard Davis and LJ Shelton were fun guys. Kyle Vanden Bosch was another one. Tried to out eat Davis at a BBQ once. Took me about a week before I could smell food without wanting to throw up. There were a few scrubs who would hang out like Preston Parsons. I think he only lasted a year or two in the NFL. Marcel Shipp was my neighbor. Mean Joe Green also lived in our neighborhood. Ran into him often. I knew Pat Tillman pretty well from his time at ASU and with the Cards.

Yeah, bragging about hanging out with Arizona Cardinals circa 2003-2007 is street cred material.

Davis is good; Tillman is legend; Boston was Juiced.

I know most of those names. So, you lived in Ahwautuhkee, then?? (sorry if I butchered the spelling).

                        I'm just joking....

Chandler. Octillo. Alma School and Queen Creek were my cross streets.

                            I bet that was fun.

By the way, to those that think you're lying, you wouldn't pick the Cardinals from those years to lie about. They had some pretty bad teams.
