You have to assume some portion are reserved for opposing fans, players, VIP guests, etc. — so let's take out 5K for all of that. And then of course there are the grandfathered-in donors who contributed to the stadium construction... no idea how many there are, but let's assume 7K for that. And then there's the ROC. A Lawless Republic article said that there are 11K set aside for the students. So that leaves us with 39K seats available. If everyone bought their full alottment, we'd run out of seats in the Gold range. But it's doubtful everyone would buy their full alottment. I'm guessing Silver should be able to get tickets. Maybe Bronze. Looking doubtful but possible for Royal. Not sure about Y Fans.
Chair seats: ~10K (not sure exactly, this is an estimate)
If everyone bought their full alottment, and ~30% of the chairs are dedicated to grandfathered-in donors, that would leave about 7K chair seats available. If everyone bought their full alottment, the chair seats would run out in the Legacy III range. It might creep down to Legacy II or even I, but that really depends on demand from the higher levels.
Cougar Club growth:
The CC has grown by 1% since May. But the big story is that there has been a lot of movement upward. AD Circle grew by 11%, Legacy VI and Legacy V by ~14% each. The negative growth in Platinum makes sense, as people pushed to get in to Legacy to be eligible for lower-bowl Marriott Center seats. There was also a big push to get to Gold to try to get basketball seats period, resulting in ~22% growth in Gold!

I was gold this year and came within a few hours of not getting basketball tickets. High end of Legacy 1 now, so next year will be interesting. Sounds like it still might be slim pickings for chair seats. I am in nosebleed bench seats now. Better than nothing.

I'm not excited about this. I've always liked ND, but I've grown tired of their entitlement. I've also grown weary of them buying out games or reworking the deal, so we play in Vegas instead of at LES. I find their reaction to not making the playoffs highly annoying, and I think the college football world is starting to view them in a different light. If I had my way, no one would schedule them until they joined a conference.Comment
