    Wildcat watch party Numero Uño: Arizona State @ Arizona 1:30 on Fox

    Figured we could have a couple dedicated game threads for these two games that, most likely, will have a direct effect on how our season plays out. The Sun Devils are obviously favored, but I'm hoping for some rivalry vibes

      Sadly, I don't expect that there's much chance for an Arizona victory, but I'll still be rooting for the upset.

              Well, Arizona is going to give BYU no help.

              Also, on a random topic, I've never really been convinced about the defensive tactic to try and stand ball carriers up and go for the strip rather than bring ball carriers down. I know it's supposed to produce more turnovers but I wonder if the number of turnovers it produces over the long run is worth the yards it gives up over the long run. Maybe it's my unconscious bias but it doesn't seem like they do the "keep them upright and try to strip" tactic much in the pros. Seems way more common in college.
