  • Bye Bye Bevo: BYU vs. Texas

Gray skies might not clear up, but put on a happy face because the 5-2 Cougars play the one-loss, top-ten-ranked Texas Longhorns in Austin today.

BYU has been inconsistent on offense, to say the least, but turnovers have been the story of the season for the Cougars. Texas starts a back-up QB who looks like a DE and has a strong run game. It might sound crazy, but it ain’t no lie - if the Cougars move the ball and win the turnover battle, they can make a game of this.

Hopefully, one we haven't seen yet--a power rushing team, for example.

Anybody need two tickets? I’ve got two we aren’t using.

I hope Taysom is in attendance. Just to strike fear into the heart of the Horns and their fanbase.

Tons of byu fans here. Very impressive turnout.

When you give up a punt return for a TD, that could be bad luck. When you give up two punt returns for TDs in one year, that’s not bad luck.
