i expect this to be Funk’s last year barring a turn around. We’ve seen the body of work.
A season too late if you ask me. Funk is horrible. No getting around it. I've also heard he is not a great recruiter, fwiw...which ain't much. The Barrington brothers leaving is turning into a bigger red flag than it already was.

Two or three seasons is about how long he sticks around anywhere anyway.

I had a friend send me the post game comments from the SUU coach. Petty teenage girl energy. He essentially says 1) BYU players aren't passionate about the game and 2) unsolicited opinion that Utah is a much better program than BYU and that BYU is just an average team.

        Starts about 36:00

Good guy, but a tool when it comes to sports no doubt.

I thought Fitzgerald was funny during his sideline interview after the first quarter on Saturday. Seemed like a classic big-mouthed coach who thinks the louder he says something, the more likely it will be true.

I listened to the clips from Hans's show. Kind of weird to offer his unsolicited $,02 on BYU's ranking and skill level relative to Utah. I chuckled, but I was a little irritated.

Then I watched his weekly youtube show, and he straight pissed me off.

I hope SUU loses every game.

Maybe the BYU coaches paid him off to say things like this? Should be a motivator at least.

But Arkansas has averaged less than 350 ypg against poor competition at home. They will likely be without their main RB who destroyed us for 175 yards last year. We also should have Epps back. If the offense can show more improvement I'm optimistic we can make it a game and maybe steal it.

And we did it without any production from Epps.
