Here you go. The official 2021 BYU vs USF game thread. Thread title courtesy of Moose. I had to condense slightly to get under 85 chars.

    Thanks, Moose!

    South Florida*- We're not Alabama!

    * west FL(next to bama) along the gulf coast is actually a great place to vacation. We really like Destin

Wait I'm confused: we will never get in, we are lucky to get in, or it doesn't matter that we got in because the Big 12 isn't Power 5 any more? Please help me understand our place in the world, Moose!

I think BYU wins but I have a hard time seeing how they win by more than 3 touchdowns. USF isn't great but they have team speed, which has often been BYU's Achilles heel. The Charlie Strong-coached team wasn't very great in 2019 but they still managed to beat BYU.

By the way, this series with USF is not just a single home-and-home. There are 4 total games under contract - at USF in 2022 and in Provo again in 2023 (pending renegotiation because BYU starts Big12 play in 2023). So Moose wasn't too far off with his "You play USF every year?" jab. 4 out of 5 years is pretty close to "every year".

We had no business losing to them in 2019. Horrible game.

Try to keep up! We win by exactly three touchdowns.

ASU was supposed to be a pretty fast team.

Yes, yes they were. And BYU didn't beat them by 3+ TDs either (I'm referring to the line which has BYU around -22 to -23 points since it opened)

You should make a bet for BYU not to cover!

Yeah, 23.5 seems like a lot for an offense they hasn’t exactly clicked yet. And a defense that just lost its best player.
