Who cares? Mizzou has no clout and has no impact on the future of the big 12. All this does is delay the process but it has no impact in the end. Nobody cares about mizzou.

I only care because this delays the process... Uggh.
If the Big12 has any balls at all, They would boot Missouri.
This. They are replaceable.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
I don't know if it was in this thread or another, but I'll ask again:
What about Sunday play? Has it already been addressed?
Is the Big XII willing to accommodate BYU for Sunday play in any of the sports? For the most part, it's only a problem for the minor sports, as basketball games can easily be scheduled for the other days of the week. And if the conference is willing to do that, does it need the approval of the rest of the schools in the conference?
I really only see that as the obstacle for BYU getting an invite.

I don't know what options they have. They will talk to the B1G, they will talk to the SEC and if nothing materializes they will come back to the Big-12 and say "fine, we'll sign on." I bet its the latter. Whatevs anyway. Swap Mizzou for WVU and its a wash.
Good hell. This is the worst possible thing. If they agreed to commit we'd be fine. If they left we'd be fine. Since they're doing neither who knows what we are. Eat shit, Missouri.

BYU struck a compromise that they'll play in Sunday games only after sundown.

I will give you a brief synopsis. Nobody here is concerned with BYU receiving an invite. It is apparent that they already have an invite.
The issue is stability if the B12, which is what would preclude acceptance of such an invite.
Sunday play is not an issue nor is there any indication that was ever an issue. All conferences already know BYUs stance in Sunday play.
