The owners voted to change overtime rules, applicable to postseason play only. There is still a coin toss and a kickoff. The first team to score a touchdown or a safety wins the game. If a team kicks a field goal, the other team has one possession to match with a field goal.

B/c putting the game in the hands (feet?) of the kicker is not nearly as exciting as putting it in the hands of your QB.Originally posted by jay santos View PostI saw a piece that said when they kicked off from the 35, it was about 50-50. But when they moved it back to the 30, it swung 60-40 for the team getting the coin flip. So why not just move it back to the 35 for kickoffs just for overtime?Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.
