  • Rolle to Oxford

In this day and age, this is pretty impressive. The guy projects as a pretty high pick from what I've read...or at least would make good money where he is drafted.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

      That's a great little blurb.

As a parent, this is the kind of kid that I want my children to look up to when it comes to balancing athletics and academics.

I feel somewhat sorry for him. After reading that article, it is painfully obvious that he has spent the last few years of his life isolated on a football team of neanderthals, with nobody to talk to and no intellectual stimulation. While most of his peers were having their undergrad papers drafted for them in study hall, this guy was finishing med school early and making plans to open up free clinics in the Bahamas.

Academically, this guy is more accomplished than 99% of students that ever study. A Rhodes Scholar!

Toss in that he was a safety for Florida State and is an NFL prospect.

Basically magic is happening for this guy, on AND off the field. What a story.
        Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

What was he doing at Florida State?

I saw a story that somehow linked them back to the same island and talked about how they were distant relatives. I can't remember what it was but I did see a piece on the 3 of them somehow linking them together.

Somebody has to keep the cumulative team GPA above 2.0.

He was the player that got half the team suspended for their bowl game a year ago. They stole all his old research papers and handed them in as their own.

I think he's actually their younger brother...and I believe both of them did well at Florida St. too.

Samari and Antrel went to Miami, they are brothers to one another but cousins to Myron.
