Hmm.. the link provided states that Southern Cal will only top the list when/if Henderson signs. Sounds like the kid has a good agent and is waiting to see how the upcoming sanctions will affect the Trojans.

This is probably old news, but I've been working on my lesson and not paying attention:

Kahuku signings (8):

Jamora-Washington
Schwenke-ND
Jackson Kaka-New Mexico State
Veteson Sauni-Weber State (yeah!)
4 others-Pasadena City College (%$?)

Before today, I heard that 4 were going to Washington. I guess not. Or maybe they're walking on.

I heard yesterday it's the first Kahuku signing for Washington ever. Does that sound correct?

Obviously if Seantrel does not sign the class standing would be downgraded a bit.

His father is taking things slow to see how the sanctions play out. No rush.

This story here is not that SC finishes with another really strong class....it is that Kiff and Co were able to keep this thing together and bring in some other kids in less than 3 weeks...and in the wake of Pete leaving....and with looming NCAA threats. Absolutely incredible and speaks to SC's ability to get players into the NFL and on the TV screen.

I thought you were all for rivals? You hated Scout?

ESPN rankings and data are all over the place. Yesterday they were showing that SC had 8 of the Top 150. Then when you clicked on the SC link to the SC page, the info showed 11 of the Top 150.

ESPN is a shill for the SEC, and I say this knowing that ESPN loves USC. It is an obvious conflict of interest to have the channel invest $2.5B in a TV deal with one football conference. It is no wonder that all their shows are geared to showcasing those SEC schools.
